What does it take to reach your Telos?

Identify your Telos
Your Telos is your ultimate objective or goal. Believe it or not, for some people this can be the hardest part of the process. It requires digging deep to identify what you truly desire, and why it is so important to you. Your Telos can be a fitness goal, a health goal, maybe even something else. In order to stay motivated, you need to have a very meaningful objective. When this goal, your Telos or part of it, is significant enough, it will motivate you to be determined enough to challenge yourself when the process is difficult.

Find the path to your Telos
In order for us to eventually achieve Telos, we need to chart the path to get there. This usually requires a focus on multiple areas of life, and may have many short term goals along the way, essentially subordinate Telos’. We may make small but significant changes to your eating habits, exercise intensity, type and duration, and even your daily habits outside of the gym. After all, achieving your Telos, the highest of all goals, will take some planning. The most important thing to understand is that we will only make changes that are realistic, while being challenging.

Navigate through any obstacles along the way
Whenever we set out to achieve something meaningful, there are many obstacles along the journey. For many people, navigating this journey with an expert is essential to achieving their Telos. Together, we will work to ensure that any roadblocks are overcome or avoided altogether.
